What exactly is the FEST?
The “Fest” in QuestFest is the cherry on top of an epic weekend of Questing! When you’re not racing through Savannah Historic District with your team, you’ll be able to enjoy lots of festive extras like a dinner cruise down the Savannah River on the iconic Georgia Queen, an unforgettable Bridging experience over the Talmadge Bridge, s’more fun at Girl Scout Camp Low, and a few more activities to be announced for 2019’s event.

Spending extra money not your thing? No worries– your QuestFest ticket includes several events, so you’ll still get to participate in our Check-In Expo on Thursday afternoon and our Awards Ceremony and Closing Celebration on Saturday evening.

QuestFest also offers the perfect opportunity for fun like trading SWAPS with girls from across the world and venturing out to the many historic Girl Scout landmarks across the city. We suggest making time for both Girl Scout First Headquarters and Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace. The extended hours for QuestFest 2019 will be announced after the first of the year.

Girl Scout Expo:
Make check-in a breeze! Our Girl Scout Expo is guaranteed to be a great kick-off to your QuestFest experience. When you sign in on Thursday, July 18th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, you’ll get to explore our vendors, meet our sponsors, buy swag, take photos and so much more. Oh, another thing– there will be a SWAP area, so plan accordingly! Entrance is included with your QuestFest registration. (Packing tip– bring spending money for the vendors that are selling items and the nearby QuestFest shop!)

Awards Ceremony & Closing Celebration
In 2018, we enjoyed performances from headliner Kristina Lachaga and our openers American Idol contestant Mackenzie Carey and the Girl Scout Citrus Singers (see above) at our awards ceremony and closing celebration. We have something just a little different in mind for the 2019 event, so be sure to check back soon for more details!

Add-Ons:
In addition to the basics, we’re offering several other events for an additional charge. On Thursday and Friday nights, we’ll be offering Twilight Camp at Girl Scout Camp Low. On Saturday morning, we’ll kick off the day with a one-of-a-kind Bridging Ceremony! As of October 2018, several other add-on events such as a Savannah Riverboat Cruise, Coastal Discovery Tour, and night at the Museum are also in the works, but we’re not quite ready to announce all the details just yet. Be sure to check back regularly!

QuestFest Store:

There will be tons of fun merchandise available at our Girl Scout QuestFest store in the Savannah Civic Center, so don’t be caught with empty pockets! From plush Opal the Octopus dolls to QuestFest ball caps and other Girl Scout gear, she’ll be swimming in swag. If your girls are interested in souvenir shopping, please have them bring extra change for the Girl Scout Expo and shop. Please note, the dated event t-shirts are AVAILABLE VIA PRE-ORDER ONLY; however, we will have other non-dated QuestFest branded t-shirts available. Girl Scouts from Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia will be able to use their Girl Scout Cookie Dough in the store.
