What exactly is the FEST?
The “Fest” in QuestFest is the cherry on top of an epic weekend of Questing! When you’re not racing through Savannah Historic District with your team, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy extras like a movie night at the Lucas Theatre for the Arts, a dinner cruise down the Savannah River on the iconic Georgia Queen, an unforgettable Bridging experience over the Talmadge Bridge, s’more fun at Girl Scout Camp Low and a hard hitting Savannah Bananas baseball game (transportation and food included).
Spending extra money not your thing? No worries– your QuestFest ticket includes several events, so you’ll still get to participate in our Check-In Expo on Thursday afternoon and our Awards Ceremony & G.I.R.L. Showcase Concert on Saturday. (Doors open at 6:00pm, so be mindful when planning dinner reservations).
QuestFest also offers the perfect opportunity for fun like trading SWAPS with girls from across the world and venturing out to the many historic Girl Scout landmarks across the city. We suggest making time for both Girl Scout First Headquarters and Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace. The extended hours are listed below.
Girl Scout Expo:
Make check-in a breeze! Our Girl Scout Expo is guaranteed to be a great kick-off to your QuestFest experience. When you sign in on Thursday, July 12 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm, you’ll get to explore our vendors, meet our sponsors, buy swag, take photos and so much more. Oh, another thing– there will be a SWAP table, so plan accordingly! Entrance is included with your QuestFest registration. (Packing tip– bring spending money for the vendors that are selling items and the nearby QuestFest shop!)
Awards Ceremony & G.I.R.L. Showcase Concert:
We can’t wait to hear our headliner Kristina Lachaga and our openers American Idol contestant Mackenzie Carey and the Girl Scout Citrus Singers perform at QuestFest ’18. Tickets are included in QuestFest registration, but additional tickets are available for $20. All sales benefit Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia.
In addition to the basics, we’re offering several other events for an additional charge. On Thursday, we’re offering Twilight Camp at Girl Scout Camp Low, a movie at the Lucas and a Savannah Riverboat Cruise. On Friday, enjoy a Savannah Bananas Game, a ghost tour and another night of Twilight Camp at Girl Scout Camp Low. Saturday, we’re kicking the morning off in the best way– a Bridging Ceremony, and on Sunday, we’re offering four Coastal Discovery Tours times. See the full schedule!
